Remember

  • To pay your deposit, otherwise your date is NOT confirmed!
  • Remind your guests to dress for an art mess—something that they would be comfortable painting in.
  • The party host is responsible for all children and guests at the party. Brush Bus provides an instructor, but adequate adult supervision is still required.

Party Waiver Form

**Permission and Release Agreement: ** I hereby authorize/consent myself and the guests (adult and children) of my party to participate in the above-named Brush Bus Party. I agree not to hold Brush Bus or its representatives responsible for any and all injuries sustained/suffered by the participants during the activities. I also agree to waive any and all rights and claims for damages that I believe I may have against Brush Bus as a result of participation in the activities. I claim all responsibility for all guests (adult and children) attending at my invitation. I understand that there shall be no payment for this release. I understand that I am responsible for providing adequate adult supervision for the duration of the party and anytime that there are children present. I agree to pay both the deposit in advance, and the full balance on the date of the party.

Important Policies

Party Host is responsible for all the attendees/guests invited to their party. 

Party Host must provide adequate adult supervision for all children present at the party for the duration of Brush Bus’s time on-site. Minimum adult supervision required is 1 adult for every 8 children. We recommend having a ratio closer to 1 adult per 5 children though, and more adults for parties with any children requiring more help.

Any party not providing adequate adult supervision will be cancelled with no notice, forfeit their deposit, and pay 75% the total bill of the party. Brush Bus is not required to complete the party if minimum adult supervision requirements is not met.

Party Host is responsible for the behavior of all guests. Any guests (adult or child) being purposefully destructive, rude, belligerent, or threatening will not be tolerated. Party Host will be notified and asked to resolve or remove this guest. If this request is not met, then Brush Bus reserves the right to cancel the party without notice, and Party Host will forfeit their deposit and pay 75% the total bill of the party. 

Party Host will incur additional costs for guests causing damage or destruction to any of Brush Bus’s property. 

Party Host will incur additional costs for additional guests, and each additional guest will be at a 15% higher rate than the original per guest rate.
